Worthwhile Equestrian

It is my hope that students can create short term and long term goals that give them a focal point for our sessions. Whether that is to learn the basics of horse management and care, learning to be proficient in groundwork, or further their riding in a specific discipline.

Students are expected to be on time for their lessons. Lessons are generally one hour, with a little flexibility for what the horse needs that day. Students are to have reasonably fitting tack and appropriate clothing for safety. It is the student's responsibility to be prepared each session.

 Owners are fully responsible for their horse's well-being. This means maintaining a routine schedule for hoof care and vet check ups, as well as maintaining an appropriate diet that meets the needs of each individual horse. Students are encouraged to understand the requirements for a healthy horse inside and out.

Join us for clinics, shows, and other events throughout the year. Our events are designed to provide fun and educational experiences for riders of all ages and levels. Events will be held at our property as well as at other facilities.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price except in the case of illness, injury or emergency.

In order for my coaching to be effective, it is expected that students will maintain a minimum of one lesson per month, and practice with their horses in between sessions. Consistency is important for all horses, whether they are backyard pets or high level competitors.
